We are recruiting a post-doctoral researcher to join our dynamic team in air pollution and health. The researcher will be primarily involved in the CHAI (Cardiovascular Health effects of Air pollution in Telangana, India) study, a European Research Council funded study investigating the cardiovascular health effects of particle exposures in a cohort of adults in South India (chaiproject.org). The project involves large, diverse datasets with varying spatial and temporal structures including data on ambient air pollution, personal exposure to air pollution, GPS, accelerometery, and detailed time activity data.
The position will involve statistical analysis and drafting scientific publications focusing on particle exposure and its relation to intermediate cardiovascular health outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with project partners from a range of disciplines in India, UK, and US.
