Report on the air pollution-related health impacts of transportation emissions

A team of researchers from the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT), George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health, and the University of Colorado, Boulder have published a report on the impacts of transportation sector emissions on ambient PM2.5 and ozone and associated health impacts in 2010 and 2015.

In India, 9.2% of the total deaths were attributed to transportation-related emissions, and of these, 66% were attributed to on-road diesel vehicles.
